Welcome to Anahata Heart Healing Yoga

 

At Anahata Heart Healing Yoga, I believe in the power of yoga to heal not just the body but also the heart and soul. Focussing on ADHD, trauma and eating disorders my classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body, quiet your mind and find a safe space from which to grow. 

 

Everyone is valued here and every experience is dealt with sensitively.  We are all trying to make the best of our precious lives and sometimes we need some support along the way.  I hope to offer that to you and hope that within the classes themselves we may eventually grow a supportive community for all.

 

All my offerings are donation based as I believe healing should be accessible to all.

Yin Yoga Classes

Find peace in this gentle flow.  The body can quietly let go, with the mind hopefully following suit

Aerial Yoga Classes

For spinal decompression, for strength, for adrenaline.  Especially good for ADHD!

A deeper whole body and mind approach to connection leading to greater self compassion
